Park Hyatt Dubai Deals
If you have Hyatt points and are a member of their reward program, then look no further for the best Dubai resorts. This is the most luxurious Hyatt in Dubai. The Grand Hyatt Dubai is also a 5-star hotel and another great option that is less expensive but still very nice. Hyatt Regency Dubai and Hyatt Place Dubai are additional options that are even more budget-friendly but less luxurious. Hyatt Dubai price range
We love luxury (for less) and have a lot of Hyatt points, so we opted for the best Hyatt in Dubai. We stayed at the Park Hyatt Hotel Dubai for 2 nights on Hyatt points and cash. For only $125 plus 10,000 Hyatt points per night, we reserved a standard room. Then we used one of our 4 annual suite upgrades for being Hyatt Diamond members to score a stunning suite at no extra charge. Just like that we stayed in a huge luxury suite for only $125 per night! We love to travel like a millionaire without spending a fortune! 😉
Luxurious hotel decor
We fell in love instantly with the gorgeous Mediterranean and Moorish decor of the hotel, which exudes romance and luxury. The sun-filled lobby has a light airy feeling, putting you in relaxation mode as you enter the resort. A tray of sweet dates and Arabic coffee waits to refresh guests upon arrival. I couldn’t get enough of those delicious dates! Yum!Guests wander down a window-lined corridor that glows by candles at night and looks out onto the surprisingly green landscape by day. It leads to a serene little courtyard, cozy lounge area and sunny terrace with dramatic blue and white decor. Each step takes to you more and more beautiful areas in the resort.
The Park Hyatt Dubai Terrace
We arrived for check-in early so our suite was not ready yet. They offered us complimentary drinks to enjoy on the gorgeous terrace which made the short wait much more pleasant. The terrace is available for all day lounging and is also home to a raw seafood bar. It is also here that the famous Park Hyatt Dubai brunch takes place on Fridays. Traiteur, one of the fantastic restaurants at Park Hyatt Dubai, serves up this popular brunch that brings people in from all over Dubai. The Terrace at Park Hyatt Dubai is the resort’s al fresco bar overlooking the creek. Basically, all the hotel restaurants get a piece of this stunning terrace. It’s easy to see why with the sunshine, cozy ambience, and creek views.
Park Hyatt Dubai Pool
After savoring our welcome drinks, we explored the rest of the resort. The fabulous pool area and outdoor massage courtyard made us giddy with excitement! Admit it, the pool is sublime at this Hyatt. The palms provide shade and exotic beauty fitting for a luxury resort in the Middle East.
Park Hyatt Dubai Spa: Award-winning Amara Spa
Next to the dreamy pool is the award-winning Amara Spa Dubai. The spa manager was gracious enough to give us a tour of the spa and fitness center. We learned that Amara Spa Park Hyatt Dubai won best luxury day spa in the world in 2014 and was nominated again in 2015. This is hands down the best spa in Dubai.
As tempting as it was to give it a try, we had just enjoyed a couples massage in the Maldives and had an ambitious agenda for our few days in Dubai. This sadly didn’t leave time for a spa experience at Amara Park Hyatt Dubai on this visit. I vow that we will return to this resort again. Next time, we want to see what the best luxury day spa in the world has to offer.
Amara Spa is situated next to the refreshing pool and has an open air reception area with more luxurious decor that we couldn’t stop photographing. I have a thing for good interior design, and this hotel spa left me swooning.
Guests of Amara Spa Park Hyatt Dubai can enjoy a variety of relaxing environments including this beautiful lounge area, tranquil courtyard, and private massage room with its own outdoor garden and shower.
Fitness Center
The fitness center at Park Hyatt Dubai offers a nice selection of machines, weights, and boxing equipment for those disciplined enough to exercise while on vacation. We weren’t among that group on this trip, I have to admit. We checked it out though, and it was impressive!Amara spa even offers a Sebastian Beauty Centre in case you want to go all out for a night out on the town. Talk about convenience in a luxury hotel. If you’re looking to have a luxury spa day, then this is your place!
Courtyard entrance to Amara Spa
There were so many beatiful courtyards and outdoor areas all around the resort that we were once again snapping tons of photos to capture it all. I am mesmerized by the blue and while tile designs which are so dramatic and striking.
Dubai Creek Location
In case you would like a seaplane adventure, you don’t have to go far. Sea Wings operates from Dubai Creek and their dock is right off the property. You can also walk along the path to the world-famous Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club for a round of golf. They were setting up for an extravagant party outside during our visit. I can only imagine how fabulous the ambience would be for a Park Hyatt Dubai wedding!
Park Hyatt Dubai Rooms and Suites
We continued to be awed by the luxury resort once we made our way to our suite 2501. The sumptuous decor and spacious suite with dazzling views of Dubai Creek from the many windows and two balconies were quite impressive. The suite offers a very inviting living room with comfortable white couches and chairs and more of the enchanting Mediterranean decor. On the table you can see a large bowl of fresh fruit, which was replenished daily. This was a very nice touch for us since we can’t seem to get enough fruit, especially while traveling.
Adjacent to the living room is the work area with a large desk, complimentary Wireless internet, data port, analog phone line, satellite radio, and one of 3 phones in the suite. The door behind the desk opens to reveal a half bathroom. There is also a full bar with complimentary water, tea and coffee as well as snacks and drinks for purchase. The price list below is in dirham, before you have a heart attack over the cost of the items.
Welcome Amenity for Hyatt Diamond Members
We returned to our suite on our first night to this little surprise welcome gift waiting for us- a bottle of red wine and jars of almonds, cookies, and chocolate candy bars. They sure do know the way to a woman’s heart. 😉 It certainly set the mood for a romantic evening in Dubai. We didn’t even have to leave our suite. The suite has a large bedroom with a king bed looking out at the sublime views. The bathroom is just behind the bed and opens up into the bedroom to take advantage of the view. There are shutters that you can close if you would like to block off the bedroom from the bathroom, but I’m not sure why anyone would want to do that since it would obstruct the view and take away from the openness of the suite. There is also a large walk-in closet with a safe with ample space to store your luggage and hang up your clothing as well as another closet with several shelves. The huge marble bathroom was one of my favorite features of the suite with its soaking tub and large walk-in rainforest shower as well as separate room with a toilet and bidet. The dual vanity looks out into the bedroom so you can gaze at Dubai Creek while you brush your teeth.
Park Hyatt toiletries in Dubai
Park Hyatt Dubai provides their own exclusive fragrance for the toiletries which has a unique Middle Eastern inspired scent and comes in pretty tubes reminiscent of the hotel’s decor. Furthermore, they are generous, offering several large tubes of bath foam, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath salts, and body lotion. They also provide many other amenities you may have forgotten such as mouthwash, dental and shaving kits, nail file, and comb.
We love coming home from vacation with extra lotions and shampoos from the hotel to take us back, if only for a few minutes in the shower, to our vacation. The Park Hyatt Dubai toiletries keep transporting us mentally to Dubai long after our Arabian nights came to an end.
Cafe Arabesque Park Hyatt Dubai Breakfast
Another perk of staying in a suite is daily breakfast buffet at Cafe Arabesque Dubai. Free breakfast is also a perk for Hyatt Diamond members. Breakfast was an event in itself! The grand array of food was artistically presented in a beautiful dining room with an outdoor terrace, where we chose to enjoy our delicious breakfast.
Here’s a sample of the vast selection offered at the superb breakfast buffet. As if that wasn’t enough food or options, you were also able to order an item off the menu. I ordered Shakshuka with feta cheese pictured below after asking the waitress for a recommendation of local cuisine. It was spicier than what I’m accustomed to eating for breakfast, but it was very tasty. If you are watching your waistline, they have healthy breakfast menu options too. I really need to get better about eating healthy while on vacation, because I tend to overindulge when we eat at these amazing buffets! Who else does that? C’mon, I know I’m not the only one. 😉I thought this was so cool how they served honey straight from the honeycomb. That’s not something you see every day at a breakfast buffet.
A perfect place to relax after sightseeing in Dubai
After filling up on a bountiful breakfast, we were out the door to check off our bucket list items on our Dubai tourist places list. We also tried some lesser known and cheap things to do in Dubai. Read our posts about all those places including Global Village, Miracle Garden, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Souk Medinat, the textile souk, and Jumeirah beach. There was nothing like returning to the luxurious Park Hyatt Dubai at the end of a busy day of visiting Dubai landmarks.
After all the walking, my tired feet were happy to slip into the tub with some saffron bath salts while I savored a glass (or two) of wine. We enjoyed the rest of the bottle in our soft bathrobes, lounging on the balcony watching the dhow dinner cruises float by with their vivid colors reflecting off the water. How’s that for romance?
Last words on Park Hyatt Dubai Review
In conclusion, the Park Hyatt Dubai offers the ultimate luxurious stay for a Dubai vacation. The resort is so beautiful that you won’t even want to leave. You could easily spend your entire stay enjoying the gorgeous pool, spa, golf and yacht club, and many delicious restaurants all located within the resort.
We are adventurous types and wanted to get out and make the most of our limited time in Dubai. It was our first visit and we had many sights to explore, such as the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, Global Village, Miracle Garden, Souk Madinat and textile souk, and Jumeirah Beach Residence. On our next visit to Dubai, we definitely want to give ourselves more time to relax and rejuvenate at the resort. Take time to stop and savor the beauty and opulence. Wow! Finally had the chance to read this and so glad I did. This looks so luxurious and soothing. Do you two earn points through a Hyatt credit card? We’ve contemplated applying for a hotel card but wasn’t sure if it was worth it!
Thanks Kallsy! We both hold Hyatt credit card and get additional points when using the Hyatt card to pay for Hyatt bookings. The Hyatt card gives you one free night per year for any hotel up to category 4 just for having the card (There is a $75/year fee for the card)
