The Amalfi Coast is one of Europe’s most popular stretches of coastline known for not only its natural beauty but also for its world-renowned luxury hotels. We knew it would be beautiful, but we were blown away by how incredibly photogenic it is! At every bend in the road, we couldn’t help but pull out our camera to capture stunning images of the Amalfi Coast. The gorgeous coastline is dotted with houses built along the precipitous cliffs overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. It’s so surreal it looks like a painting. The Amalfi Coast is the perfect destination for a dream vacation!
The Amalfi Coast is accessible by land using the winding Strada Statale 163 which goes through 13 towns including Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. Jet setters can also reach the Amalfi Coast by boat or ferries. The 13 towns of the Amalfi Coast are declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Best experienced during the Spring (May, June) and Fall (September, October) when the crowds are at their lowest, the Amalfi Coast will leave you wanting more of the Dolce Vita. While on the Amalfi Coast, make sure to indulge in delicious Italian food, Limoncello liqueur, and of course gelato!
